My background is Food and Beverage.

I have strong experience in Administration, Sales, Marketing, VIP Service, Banquet, Turkish / French / Italian / International cuisines, Menu Planing and cost control.

I have been abroad several times (England, France, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, etc) also worked in London and Stockholm as F/B Manager and Managing Director. In Turkey, I was employed at five star hotels and first class holiday villages (some with foreign management) in the capacity of Food and Beverage Manager, Sales / Marketing Manager, Operations Co-ordinator and  General Manager.
